Your auditor dashboard and review workflow
This guide covers your day-to-day work as a MyEx auditor: the Audit Queue, picking and reviewing experiences, links and coupons, and how your work turns into earnings.
My Audit Queue
Your dashboard shows five columns, each with a live count:
- New Experiences — the open pool, filtered to your assigned languages. Pick from here.
- Under Review — the experience you're currently holding.
- Needs Revision — items a supervisor sent back to you with notes.
- Ready to Publish — sent to the supervisor, awaiting their decision.
- Published — your completed, live audits.
Picking and holding
- You can hold one experience at a time, for 30 minutes — the card shows a live countdown.
- If the timer runs out, the experience automatically returns to the pool (your draft notes are kept). You can also release it early.
- You only see and pick experiences in your assigned languages.
Auditing an experience
Check the four pillars before accepting:
- Video — at least ~1 minute, clear, original, actually shows the product
- Photos — at least one clear, relevant photo
- Text — at least ~300 characters, coherent, and consistent with the media
- Rating & category — stars logically match the story; category is correct
You may edit the title, text, category, language, product links, and offers — never the media, and never the reviewer's meaning or opinion. Improve the wording; don't change the verdict.
Your three decisions
- Send to Supervisor — the experience meets the bar. A supervisor gives final approval, sets the reward, and publishes.
- Return to user for revision — fixable problems. Write specific, respectful notes telling the author exactly what to fix; vague notes like "bad, fix it" are not acceptable.
- Reject permanently — fake, copied, abusive, or illegal content, with a documented reason (10–500 characters).
Links, tracking codes, and coupons
For each assigned store (per country) you have a personal tracking code and coupon — find them on your profile, with copy buttons.
- Product links you attach must be affiliate links carrying your own tracking code — saving fails if the code is missing or mismatched.
- Any offer with a promo code must use your assigned coupon for that store.
- The link must point to the exact product in the experience. Substituting a different or "similar" product is a serious violation.
- You can attach links for multiple countries where you have assignments.
How your work becomes earnings
Sales made through your links and codes earn you commission (10%–30% by performance). Watch it in your auditor wallet on the website: Available / On-hold / Total earnings, plus the next release date — held funds release ~60 days after the end of the sale month. Wallet numbers are estimates until stores confirm, updating roughly every 72 hours. Cash out any time from 20 SAR.
Staying active
- Audit at least 3 experiences per month (an exemption applies when too few exist in your languages).
- Make your first sale within 30 days of activation.
- Three months without auditing leads to permanent suspension.
- Never contact experience authors outside the platform, never audit content you have a personal stake in, and keep your assigned codes confidential.
