Welcome to MyEx, a digital platform owned and operated by [Kaprah plus Company], registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and operating globally to collect and share user-generated experiences related to various products and services. By accessing or using the MyEx mobile application or website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

Definitions:

• "MyEx" or "Platform": refers to the mobile app, website, and all associated digital services.
• "User": any person who visits or uses MyEx, whether they have registered an account or not.
• "Experience": content submitted by users including videos, photos, written description, and rating.
• "The Company": refers to the owner and operator of the MyEx platform.

These terms apply to all users and visitors accessing the MyEx platform via the app or website. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through in-app alerts or email.

Modifications will take effect 15 days after notification. Continued use after this period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms comply with applicable local and international laws, including Saudi eCommerce Law, GDPR, and CCPA.

Users can access the platform without registration; however, certain features like submitting experiences require creating an account. Users must be 18 years old or above. Minors are not allowed to use the platform.

Users may register using:

• Email and password
• Google or Facebook accounts

Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and agree that any activity conducted under their account is their responsibility.

Users may submit experiences about specific products, which must include a video recorded through the app, supporting images, an honest written description, and a star rating. All submissions are subject to human and technical review by the MyEx moderation team.

Upon approval, all rights to publish, distribute, and commercially use the content are transferred to MyEx. The user is prohibited from deleting, editing, or reusing the experience in any form. MyEx holds no responsibility for the accuracy or content of the experience. Legal responsibility lies solely with the user, especially regarding sensitive or medical recommendations.

MyEx provides financial compensation to users upon acceptance and publication of their experience. The amount is not fixed and is determined based on content quality and internal evaluation.

Submitting an experience does not guarantee payment. The Company may reject or return experiences with notes without obligation to pay. Once accepted and paid for, the user may not delete or modify the experience, even if their account is deleted. MyEx reserves the right to reuse, republish, resell, or market the content to third parties.

Users are strictly prohibited from submitting or including the following in their experiences:

• Content involving violence or incitement.
• Nudity or sexually suggestive material.
• Promotion of drugs, cigarettes, or prohibited items.
• Medical advice without proper license or content suggesting prescriptions.
• Content that violates local laws, Saudi regulations, or international norms.

Violations may lead to content removal, account suspension, or legal action by MyEx.

MyEx collects the following user data for operational, legal, and analytical purposes:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• GPS-based location
• Media content (videos, images)
• Device type and OS
• In-app behavior

Data may be stored on servers outside Saudi Arabia. By using the service, users consent to international data transfer and processing.

MyEx complies with GDPR and CCPA, and will not share user data unless required by law, with user consent, or for internal service enhancement.

Users can report any experience they find harmful, misleading, or violating the platform's terms. Each experience includes a dedicated "Report" button for easy flagging.

All reports are reviewed by qualified human and technical moderators. MyEx reserves the right to remove or edit any experience and to suspend users who breach the terms.

The platform may feature third-party advertisements, promotional material, or sponsored content. All sponsored content will be clearly labeled. MyEx is not responsible for any transactions or interactions between users and advertisers.

Some non-personal user data (language, device type, general location) may be used to optimize ad relevance. MyEx retains the right to reject or remove any ad or sponsorship it deems inappropriate.

Some published experiences may include affiliate links or discount codes. These links may generate commission for MyEx when purchases are made. There is no guarantee of earnings from affiliate links. All experiences should be viewed as opinions, not purchase recommendations.

Where required by law, MyEx will disclose affiliate relationships to ensure transparency.

Users may delete their account at any time via app or site settings. Upon deletion, all user data will be removed, except for approved experiences, which remain the property of MyEx. MyEx retains user contact information (email, phone) for legal and operational purposes.

The company is not liable for automated decisions unless gross negligence or technical error causes direct harm. User data will not be used to train external AI models without explicit permission.

Users can log in using:

• Google account
• Facebook account
• Email and password

By using third-party logins, users agree to share basic data (name, email, photo) with MyEx. This process is governed by Google and Facebook's own terms. MyEx disclaims liability for third-party service disruptions or changes.

All rights not expressly granted remain with MyEx. This application is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery) where it is distributed.
