My experience with Coogie Lip Liner

I'm adopting it, that's it. I was afraid I'd regret it and it would turn out dry, but thank God it's long-lasting and doesn't dry out the lips. You can apply it as if it were lipstick and put gloss over it. ((Coogie Lip Liner, shade 008))
