Excellent if your hair is tired from dyes, dry, dull, and broken. You will notice a difference with continued use. I use it twice a month. Before I shower, I wet my hair with water and leave it damp, then I put it on my hair for an hour, and there is no need to cover it with a cap. Then you shower and put on shampoo and conditioner.
